We have many ways to assist you in creating your own branded apparel. If you have a marcomm department, staff designer, family friend that knows how to work within vector file formats. Let us know if your artist is too busy to design this project. We are pleased take over. Or we can work in tandem with them. Do you have templates? Templates are not available through the website yet, but you can contact us to get templates for the apparel you want to create. Your artwork and logos should be created in a vector-based software program. If you have specifications for corporate colors and placement, please provide those documentations. Note: Color on your monitor screen may vary from the finished product. Due to the physical differences between monitor display calibration, and how different fabrics allow the ink to bind, colors in the final print may not necessarily match. We can also create test color swatches for final approval if there is concerned about color choice / match or clarity of an image. (ask about timing availability and cost) Vector art is created in software programs with file extension like .EPS or .AI · Adobe Illustrator – .AI files · Encapsulated Postscript – .eps files When the vector artwork or logo is enlarged, it stays crisp and clean. Vector files use mathematical equations to draw lines to ensure the image can be scaled easily – for when we’re putting it on your custom apparel. Beware non vector low-resolution raster graphic of logos or images. Logos taken from websites, business card images or faxed logos are low resolution and are not suitable. These are NOT vector based as they will distort. Vector artwork is required in your artwork for logos, text and graphics in order to ensure smooth edges in print. This is because it's universally resizable and be recolored without loss of quality. You should be able to get your logos and graphics in vector format from the artist or sponsors who created the artwork as graphics are usually created in vector before saving to another format. Note that JPEG files are not accepted, they must be original Vector format. Saving the JPG in an Illustrator file will not work. All fonts must be converted to outlines. If you absolutely can’t get vector logos, let us know as we can help provide you with options. Art charges may apply depending on the complexity of your logo or design that is not provided in Vector. WHY: This is important as our products are custom hand crafted one-off items with graphics and options finished to your specifications. Because of this, we cannot put your products back in our stock. Make sure Size, Quantity and Shipping address is correct. If you agree with the invoice and terms. Please send back an email confirming invoice is correct, and you want us to proceed with the manufacturing of your custom wear. Once we receive email confirmation, and a payment we will begin manufacturing your new custom wear. Receive your clothing. Your clothing will be printed, cut, sewn, quality checked and shipped. Please be aware of your timeline as it takes 35 to 45 days to create your new apparel. Some fabrics and designs can take longer please be sure to ask. (or less, depending on the quantity or season).

We are continuing to create many different sized patterns / templates which these different series revolve around. And even within these series we will create several ranges. All to provide the best fit. Please make sure you consult with our staff about sizes as we do not follow the once size fits all. Why do you see this this type of sizing from us? When we build for other manufactures, they will choose a cut and size, then give you a range for who it fits. Bottom line you are cutting out the middleman for a better article of clothing.

We ship to anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is based on dollar amount of product purchased and weight. This is calculated at time of invoice. Items ship Priority Mail US postal service in padded flat rate envelopes and FedEx. If you have a carrier account that you use, let us know in advance your account number so we can accommodate this request. Please make sure you can receive shipments at the address you supply. Note certain addresses and shipment sizes will require a signature for receipt. Additional shipping options are available please feel free to contact us.

We ship to all US military addresses. Please call ahead and make sure you work with us so that it will be routed through the military mail system properly. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use the military zip code. Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package. You can enter your grade, first name, and middle initial in the First Name field. Organization name should be included if you have it; however, it is not always used for certain types of forces. Unit number is a four digit number assigned to some units, but not all. Where assigned, it should always be used. Soldiers will have notified friends and family if they have one assigned.

We require a valid resellers tax ID on all orders for OEM, retailer projects. We need a copy of your State resale certificate; teams organized under the IRS rules for non-profit 501c3 status should submit the Federal Tax ID for the non-profit. Obligated by United States Federal and State governments to collect this information. What documents are required for proof of Tax ID? Retailers: - Copy of the State issued Resale Certificate for the name of business submitting the order; a resale certificate should be on file for existing retail customers. Business or Club name - a federal tax form or copy of IRS correspondence (except W) displaying the business name and the Federal Tax ID number (FTIN), Employer Identification number (EIN) or State Tax Identification number.

Satisfaction is guaranteed from manufacture defects, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and within 30 days of your order.
